Outstanding service, this is the 6th car, me and my family have purchased from there, we continually return because the car prices are fair, but more importantly, they are quick to rectify any small issues aftersales, which is worth so much when buying second hand cars. They always go the extra mile to find you the right car, even if that's not a stock item, and knowing what I was looking for, went out of their way to find me one at a fair price.

Richard approached me on the Monday of my autotrader advert with an offer, professionally introducing himself. I counter offered with a slight difference but he stood on his ground. I was okay with that firstly because the original offer wasn't too bad, secondly this gave me the reason to not allow any renegotiation at viewing. I asked what his expectations are from the car, he listed them (nothing unreasonable), I provided all info and photos and we agreed to viewing next day. The associates that came had the same professional and straight dealing approach as Richard while the office confirmed reciept of emails (e. G. Documents) from me within one minute of sending. They were thorough, gentle and quick with their inspection. Trade plates on before test driving for 3 mins and that was it. Within 25 minutes, the money was transferred, dvla Informed. Top dealing. If you have a decent car that they can get some value out of, it's way easier to sell to a decent dealer like them compared to we buy any car. The final price was my lower threshold for a private sale within 1 week but selling after first viewing with 25mins of viewing, I think it's great value for saving my effort and time. One happy customer and I hope one happy dealer and one happy buyer too in the end.

Came in to negotiate the purchase of a new vehicle with a part exchange. Straightforward to deal with and very knowledgeable and pleasant. Allowed us to drive off for a test drive in a very shiny soft top mini without security. We agreed a sale in just 30 minutes. Clearly a dealership with established links to the community and trustworthy, competent and professional.

The best, easiest and quickest used car buying experience I have ever had. Saw Dylan when I went to view the car, he answered any questions and gave a really fair price for a trade in on my car. Really friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy - great to deal with. He got all the paperwork sorted, including arranging to transfer my private number plate.
I collected the car the following weekend, it was all ready and parked separately, great valeting job, and all paperwork was in a folder ready. Richard dealt with the purchase, who was also really friendly, helpful and efficient.
A quick phone call to Dylan when I received the new log book, and within less than 10 minutes he had done everything necessary for me to put my private plate on.
After spending almost 4 hours in a main dealers when I purchased my last car, and trying to be sold every added extra under the sun, feeling very pressured, it was such a great experience and refreshing change to have such a non pressured, easy and straightforward car purchase through KC Jones.

Great 2nd hand car service from KC Jones. I purchased an 11 year old Corsa VXR which was nothing short of immaculate. Their valet people had done a fantastic job. The salesman, Dylan, was helpful, responsive & very professional; sending me photos & videos of the car & answering all my questions. They even held the car for 10 days (with a small refundable deposit) until I could visit. I would absolutely recommend the garage if you're looking for a second-hand vehicle. We travelled up from Bristol (a 7 hour round trip) to KC Jones & it was well worth the journey.

A local trusted company based on other people's reviews, and I am glad I read them. Niall drove over 3 ½ hours each way to deliver my vehicle in person to save me the trip. The whole process was extremely easy. Richard the sales manager was very professional, transparent and honest throughout, he sent extra photos and answered all my questions. He wasn't happy with the battery level so they replaced it at no extra cost to ensure it was in perfect working condition on arrival. It turns out, buying remotely is achievable and much easier allowing you to shop around for a good deal, especially when backed by such excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Just sold my Freelander to KCJ. Richard (the sales manager) is very professional and polite and was very easy to deal with. The price we agreed on the phone was the final price I was paid after he had inspected the vehicle. They use trade plates to test drive vehicles which is a relief. Transferred the money immediately and notified the DVLA of the change of ownership online. 100 per cent reliable. Thoroughly recommended. 5 stars.

I recently sold my car to KC Jones after they responded to my advert on autotrader. They offered a fair price for my car, at which point I gave a detailed description of any flaws. The adjustment in offer price was minimal and their evaluation of the work required to fix was incredibly honest. This was all done through photos/videos. On collection of the car, it was obvious that their inspections were to ensure the car was as described instead of finding additional things to "stitch you up" or bully the price down. Full agreed price paid on collection with no discussion.
I find selling a car incredibly stressful, but I found KC Jones incredibly honest and trustworthy-a seemingly rare breed in this industry.

Quite simply the best car dealer I have ever come across. My car had died and I needed a replacement urgently. I saw a smart Freelander on their website and booked a test drive. I liked the car and it had full service history. Also, it had a very low mileage. I asked if they would mind if an independent Land Rover engineer checked the car before I committed to it. Not only did they agree readily but they drove the car to the engineer themselves. This, I realised, was a garage that believed in the cars they were selling. I have no hesitation in recommending K C Jones and I will be getting my cars from them in the future.

Bought a car from here. I travelled some distance as the car was the one I wanted. I needed 2 keys, however had problem with one (a replacement for original lost by previous owner). Spoke to Dylan (sales) who immediately arranged a new replacement programmed key from my local Toyota dealer at no cost to me but circa £200 cost to KC Jones. First class service and so far (3 weeks) car is perfect. I would highly recommend. Thanks Dylan and Co!

Recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from KC Jones. Car was slightly higher priced than others of the same year and spec I was looking at, however I decided to go with KC Jones because they had better reviews than the other dealers which really paid off. Unfortunately after the purchase a fault was found with the car! The team were very helpful and the car was taken back where they identified the issue and the problem is being sorted.
